Rules & Regulations

For Safety, Protection & Enjoyment

  1. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
  2. No alcohol may be open or consumed inside of the vehicle at any time.
  3. No SMOKING inside vehicle: $50.00 charge per incident. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  4. All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver and no refunds will be made.
  5. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
  6. No illegal drug use of any kind.
  7. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
  8. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
  9. Customer agrees that replacement vehicle may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, accident, etc.
  10. If more than 6 hour of tour time, or 2 hours of driving time are required, time will be billed at $20 per hour.
  11. Fuel surcharges apply only in cases of travel outside of the Denver Metro area.
  12. All costs and charges that may apply are described herein.
  13. Exact amount of hours and charges will be calculated when the trip is complete.

FINANCIAL TERMS:

DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS with less than 7 days’ notice of your scheduled event will be billed the Total Contract Price. This means you will pay for all charges on the contract (no REFUNDS).

PAYMENT: A credit card is required at the time of booking and a 35% reservation deposit will be charged. The deposit is none refundable. The remainder will be billed at the completion of the tour. Should cancellation be necessary we do require 10 business days advanced notice and a $25 processing fee will be applied to the credit card provided.  If cancellation occurs less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled tour date you will be responsible for the tour rate in full unless we are able to re-book the tour. Please see our  terms and conditions form.

EXTRAS: We can also arrange lunch, tours of the vineyards, breweries, side trips, or other requests that you may have. Give us a call and let us know what you would like.

We have chosen not to include the driver’s gratuity into the tour price. We feel this is a personal decision for each customer based on the customer service provided on that day. The base rate does not include tasting fees. Once we finalize your schedule and group size we will let you know the actual tasting fees for the trip. Most vineyards, breweries and distilleries offer free tastings. These locations also offer purchasing opportunities on site. Wine bars, wineries, and brew houses, however, offer flights with fees associated. If you would like to prepay your gratuity or tasting fees, to avoid paying the day of, please let us know.
